Test call center

To use the call feature on mobile, make sure you have set up and installed the call widget on your website. Learn more: Customizing call widget and Embed script via coding.

To test your call center, go to your website and click on the call widget to make a call.

Wait and see if you receive the call on your mobile. If you do, then your website’s call center is good to go.

If you don’t receive the test call, check the call routing settings and widget installation and try again. If the call feature still doesn’t work after many tries, please contact us via our email
