BoostCRM will use the email from your Shopify account to create a new account for you. A new BoostCRM project corresponding to the Shopify store that has just installed the app will also be created.
After installing, you will be redirected to BoostCRM’s project workspace. Here, a quick setup process will show up.
You can follow the step-by-step guide and have your widgets all set up, or skip the process and do it later. To reopen the process, log in to your BoostCRM project, go to Dashboard, and find the quick setup button on the top notice.

Log in to your BoostCRM project to be able to do the following:
- Set up and customize widgets (including Live Chat and Call)
- Monitor live visitors on your website in real-time
- Chat and manage conversations with visitors
- Receive and manage calls from visitors
You can log in to your BoostCRM project through the Shopify store’s Apps tab or directly from our website boostcrm.io.
Log in from Shopify
From your Shopify store, go to Apps. Click on the BoostCRM Chatbot & Call Center app to go to your BoostCRM project. You will be redirected to the project’s Dashboard.
You can also log in to your BoostCRM project directly from our homepage boostcrm.io. To do this, first, you need to change your password. Click on your profile picture on the top right of the screen and select Profile.
You need to verify your email address first if it isn’t verified. Click Send verification email, then check your mail inbox for a verification email.
Then, in the Account settings, change your account’s password.
Log in on BoostCRM
After changing your password, you can use the new password to log in to your BoostCRM directly from our homepage. First, go to boostcrm.io, click Log in.
Use your email address (the same one from your Shopify account) and the new password to log in.
